Notice of Public Hearing for Lake Esau

A public hearing to review the special assessment roll and computation of costs for Lake Esau will take place on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Rogers City Area Senior and Community Center (131 Superior Street, Rogers City, MI 49779). The public hearing will take place for the purpose of reviewing said special assessment roll and computation of costs and hearing any objections thereto, and/or making a determination of whether to confirm said assessment rolls and computations of costs. The hearing may be adjourned from time to time without further notice.
