Circuit Court Hearing for Grand Lake on September 22, 2025

A petition dated July 14, 2025 was filed with the Presque Isle County Circuit Court to amend the lake level order for Grand Lake. The Presque Isle County Circuit Court will review the petition on September 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Presque Isle Circuit Court (151 E. Huron Avenue, Rogers City, MI 49779). The court will receive evidence to amend the lake level order for Grand Lake, located in Presque Isle Township and Krakow Township, Presque Isle County, Michigan, consistent with the provisions of MCL 324.30707.
