Circuit Court Hearing for Grand Lake on August 10, 2026

A petition dated June 16, 2026 was filed with the Presque Isle County Circuit Court to amend the lake level order for Grand Lake. The Presque Isle County Circuit Court will review the petition on August 10, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Presque Isle Circuit Court (151 E. Huron Avenue, Rogers City, MI 49779). The court will receive evidence for establishing seasonal lake levels for Grand Lake, located in Presque Isle Township and Krakow Township, Presque Isle County, Michigan, consistent with the provisions of MCL 324.30707.

Property owners may also attend the Circuit Court hearing in person on the above date, time, and location to provide oral testimony and/or evidence to the court.
