A petition dated June 16, 2026 was filed with the Presque Isle County Circuit Court to amend the lake level order for Grand Lake. The Presque Isle County Circuit Court will review the petition on the above date, time, and location to receive evidence to establish seasonal lake levels for Grand Lake, located in Presque Isle Township and Krakow Township, Presque Isle County, Michigan, consistent with the provisions of MCL 324.30707.
Property owners may submit written testimony and/or evidence regarding the petition and this matter in advance of the Circuit Court hearing. Property owners may also attend the hearing in person to provide oral testimony. All property owners who wish to provide testimony and/or evidence are requested to submit a completed testimony registration form.
